Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At Mersea Sauna, we aim to offer a smooth and fair booking experience for all our guests. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for bookings made via our website https://www.merseasauna.com.
1. Cancellations by Customers
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@merseasauna.com.
Cancellation Terms:
More than 48 hours' notice: You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your session at no additional charge.
Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: You will receive a 50% refund or may reschedule your session once without penalty.
Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund will be issued. Rescheduling may be possible at our discretion, subject to availability.
2. No-Shows
If you fail to attend your booked session without notifying us in advance, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
3. Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your booking by emailing us at info@merseasauna.com. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the same notice periods and refund terms outlined above.
4. Cancellations by Mersea Sauna
In the rare event that we need to cancel your session (e.g. due to maintenance issues, staffing shortages, or extreme weather), we will:
Contact you as soon as possible using the contact information provided at booking
Offer you the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session or cancel it entirely without refund to avoid disrupting subsequent bookings.
6. Group Bookings
For bookings involving three or more people, we may require longer notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Please contact us directly to discuss group booking terms.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@merseasauna.com with the following details:
Your full name
The email address used for booking
Booking reference number
Reason for cancellation
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 working days of approval.
